#sarinotsorry Bhag print cotton saree

I am back with another saree for you guys; this is called Bhag print cotton saree from MP.

Bagh Print is a traditional hand block print with natural colours, an Indian Handicraft practised in Bagh, Dhar district in Madhya Pradesh, India. Its name is derived from the village Bagh on the banks of the Bagh River. – from wikepedia

This saree was love at first site, it is comfortable and trendy. Wish I could wear sarees to office as that is the only place I go daily πŸ˜› Nowadays we hardly see women or girls wearing sarees to office but that is sad.

Special thanks to my all time favorite photographer.

#sarinotsorry Tussar silk Sari with a twist!!

Hello Girls!!!

DSC_0187-min DSC_0222-min

I am back with a bang with so many posts which are pending since ages πŸ™‚ Here goes the first one!! Enjoy.

Who doesn’t love sarees? During my childhood; whenever my mom used to buy any new saree, i was the first one to drape it; wear it in every angle and put some jewellery.

This traditional silk handloom was bought for my Dadi but I took it from her for a shoot .

The length of Saree was less then 5.5mts, so I thought of justΒ  wrapping the whole Saree around my waist instead of putting on shoulder. For adding some color to the outfit, I added red skinny top and orange blazer.

Outfit look so effortlessly married together, but yet so edgy, trendy and cool! I added a long big pendant to match with my top. The result was such a stunner. Hope you like it.

Special thanks to my photographer for bringing out so much warmth in the pictures.

Ethnic Vibes with “Myntra”

DSC_0069-min DSC_0065-min DSC_0038-min DSC_0049-min DSC_0059-min DSC_0085-min DSC_0094-min

I know I have been quite busy for a while but I always have time for a quick blog post!

This look was shot last weekend when I was heading for ganpatti puja. At the moment I am really enjoying wearing suits and kurta for office. They are so comfortable and trendy at the same time. I don’t wear any specific brand but I have few favorites. I like Biba, Westside, some brands on Myntra & current crush – fashion Big bazaar πŸ™‚

This kurta was love at first site. I was just exploring on Myntra and got this item on top list. I didn’t give any second thoughts and instantly bought it. It is bit loose on me but I didn’t exchange as I wanted to wear next day. The best part about this kurta is its length and fit. I Love long kurtas; due to my height below knee kurtas also fall short on me but this was perfect and did you notice the sleeves. It is different πŸ™‚

I am also wearing this stunning Palazzo pants from FBB!! If your looking for great Palazzo at nominal prices then this is a brand you must check out!

Slit maxi top + Slit maxi skirt #OOTD

Hello Guys!!!

Recently my blog was all screwed up. My blog’s hosting renewal was pending from godaddy, and I went for vacation. When I came back, No data, no post, everything was gone. I asked godaddy team to recover the data but they mentioned that data is kept for 10 days only. I was such an idiot that I never took any backup for the same. I have to start from scratch; new theme, fresh coding, new post πŸ™ My extended weekend was spent on setting up this. Hopefully it looks good.

This outfit was not really a planned one. I was packing for the other outfit(which is going to be on the blog soon) and this look instantly came to my mind as a result I thought of doing two outfit wearing same top. πŸ™‚

This is a stripe maxi top with front split, which can be worn with black leggings, palazzo pants or sexy shorts.Β  It took me seconds to shop this top, I was sure that this is going to look chic.

You all must have realized my love for maxi skirts especially this one. I have worn it like zillion times. This time I have decided to wear it high waist because I didn’t want front slit to be visible. To accentuate wast line, I have added a matching sleek belt.

I paired my outfit with pair of black kitten heels, a satchel bag from lino perros and my current obsession choker.

I am smitten with the MAXI Skirt. Easy to style, versatile, super feminine.

To avoid any regrets simply buy as many as you feel like itΒ  So, it’s an investment you have to make.

Outfit look so effortlessly simple, but yet so edgy, trendy and cool!

Pimple QuickFix!!! #myfirstpimple

This six letter word holds enough power to render enough of us sleepless. When this ugly monster reared its head on my face for the first time, anxiety and worry filled my day. The constant need to touch the pimple, thinking of ways to hide them naturally takes away one’s confidence in public. Like many other teenagers who were fighting their first pimple just like me, I took to internet to find ways to treat it. Well heads up there! The virtual world is full of bizarre ideas , even promising one day recovery, but none works.

Now when I had wasted enough energy and time there, I decided to turn to the ‘gharelu nuskas’. The ‘pados vali aunty’, your over worrisome dadi and your all knowing mummy- all turned doctor for the day but sadly nothing worked. Instead frustration took its all time high.

Amongst all this chaos, fortunately I saw Himalaya Neem face wash on T.V. After going through so many ideas and literally trying everything on my face I thought why not give it a go?
Well the results were not magical…for sure but the face wash definitely came to my rescue by reducing the pain and redness of my pimple. My pimple started to reduce in size with Himalaya’ s regular use , thus effectively neutralizing it in some days. The presence of Neem in the face wash is a definite win win for the skin , keeping it happy and fresh.

I swear by to use Himalaya Neem face wash with Himalaya Neem face pack. And trust me it works wonders. If you too are troubled because of pimples the give this Face Wash a try.

My first encounter with a pimple nightmare became a lot more easy and tolerable with Himalaya Neem face wash.
